But to offer some aqdvice...if you haven't dialed in your room and sealed it your going to really be wasting your time with co2.

Im trying that at the moment, dunno if its doin much, i dont want to mess with my ventilation after finally getting that right. I do know my gr smells like im brewing beer in it though.
^ Yeah, I kinda like the smell. ;-) The yeast eat the sugar and produce the CO2, so make sure you add a little bit every once in a while.

Any welding or soda company will have c02 tanks they will sell or rent you. I bought mine for about 120$ U.S
Just bite the bullet and get a regulator for $120 and rent the tank for about $70 per YEAR. Only $20 to refill.
The room must be sealed very well or it will be a waste.
The reg box instructions will have a chart for how much to use per room size and you will get a timer with 15 minute increments and make sure to place the tubing as high in the room as possible.
Co2 is heavier than air so it will drop right into the plants and of course you will have a fan circulating.
You dont run the co2 one hour after the lights are on or one hour before the lights go off.
You want to make sure your at no more than 1800 part per million. You would be wasting Co2 if more than that.
When I first use it I couldnt believe how much the plants blew up. It was if they looked like Cotton Candy and puffed right up.
After seeing that, there is no way I wouldnt use it!
