Compost tea from forest soil?

Hi I got Forrest not far away from me I wonder if would be beneficial to take abit of soil from it (few cups) and make compost tea from it ? ^^

It would be fine to add some. I use some of my soil, or earth worm castings, in addition to amendments.

The addition of local microbes is always a good thing.

I collect worm castings in the woods and use that in my soil as an amendment and part of the soil mix. That brings your local bacteria and mycos into the mix.

You should do well with it.
