Confirm my suspicions

Hi there,

Long time reader, first time grower and poster. My grow is challenging as it's clandestine, plus I live a long way from anywhere so I'm having to to cobble a grow together. I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but second opinions can be helpful. This one here has turned hermie, right?

And this one here, it's been under flowering lights (12/12) for 2 months, but has only just started showing sex, will it bud properly, or is it just going to lumber along doing not much?

I believe the first one is a full blown male. The second one looks very odd with those three fan leaves coming out of the same spot. What kind of seed are you using. 2 months in 12/12 without showing signs of sex is a ridiculously long time. Something went wrong.
