Controlling height in flower

How can you control the height of a marijuana plant while she's in flower? I have a Jillybean that's ending week 2 of flower and a monster PE (this thing is a beast, topped twice, pinched and bent and she shook that shit off and kept it moving out and up) hitting the light. I have a tomato cage around the PE (no choice here as she got insanely bushy). Can I bend either one of them? Is it too late to pinch or twist the Jillybean to slow her down? How can this be done? How far into flowering is she pross?

The only thing i would suggest is to tie her down with a bit of twine. Tie a bit around the stork near the top of the main cola and gently pull her down. this will enable a bit more light distribution to the lower branches of the light what is always good to.
