In 2008, following a fateful car accident that left one man dead and a CHP officer paralyzed, the investigation led to one of Virgil Grant's 6 dispensaries. The dispensary was raided, and Virgil was arrested and held on dozens of federal charges.
The sentencing hearing will take place on January 19th at 11:00 A. M. in the Federal Courthouse at 312 N. Spring Street in Los Angeles, CA with Judge Wilson in Courtroom 6, room 217. Grant faces anywhere from 2 to
15 years.
