Curling & distorted leaves

Hi, I've recently started , trying to produce my own medicine. First time with autos.
I'm growing in soil (lightmix) on the start of week 4 tomorrow, very cautious not to over water, give them 1l of ph'd filtered tap water every 4 days or so or as and when the soil has dried out.
The light is a meter away and set on 390watts. I have a family circulating the air but not directly over the plants so I dont believe it's a wind issue...
At the moment I'm waiting for a delivery for a bigger extractor as the temperature is between 19.7 degrees and maxed out 27.9 degrees and humidity around 53%

.. I know I'm suffering with a heat problem but I'm unaware If this is the solemn issue I have with my babies, and the heat is causing the curl in my leaves.

Can please someone with experience shine a light on this for me please.
The pictures are of my blue mamouth auto, the one who is suffering the most, yet the biggest ‍‍

Do you have an air inlet?
Can you throw in whether you have fed it anything/what are you feeding it?

Dimlux alpha optics, regulated wattage. Which I have set at the moment at 390 due to excess heat. Yes I have an air inlet, extractor is weak and I'm waiting for a new one to be delivered. I haven't fed them anything yet, just a few drops of ph down to bring it to 5.8
I dont want to fill my babies with loads of nutrients during veg, I find the soil has plenty for the first 4 weeks at least... I may add small doses of bloom during the flower stage... I've only ever done one previous grow and that was with scrog and these are now autos...
I do believe its heat but as I'm just starting out my knowledge isn't great on all the potentials it could be...

Water by pot weight, not by schedule. If you have high temps, move air across the leaf surfaces, and let Mother Nature's swamp coolers(stomata) go to work. Welcome. I have an 18 inch wall fan blowing directly on my plants. Your plants will be shorter and stronger, and grow faster.

Ok so I've just adjusted the fan, temps around canopy area have dropped to 26.2 now. I watered first light this morning so just weighed pots and will go from there... thank you!!!

If using pure soil then ph should be around 6.3, other than that everything else seems fine.

I'm actually using half soil half coco. Does that make a difference?

It won't hold as much water as a soil type media.

So another quick fire question... babies started week 4 today, what is the maximum wattage they can take at this age before being damaged?

Can they just be blasted with as much light as possible..? I.e 800 watt?

They can get more light once they develop a couple sets of real leaves. I run smaller plants with a 100w at the wall Spiderfarmer board. The light can be 12 inches away.
