Cutting?

I started a mother, put her in flower room for 2-3 days to get a small stretch. Then put her back in her cab and she starting to flower. How long should I wait to take cuttings from her now that she's back in 24/7?

For best results take cuttings prior to the switch to bloom. Your mother has gone in bloom, was this to determine sex or just to stretch her out? Now that she's back in vegetative growth, you can take cuttings as soon as you're ready. Since she's not full blown flowering it's safe to cut clones and have them root in 5-14 business days.
