Dark period question

Hello what would be beter a 30 or 54 hour dark period i cant decide i have 7 hours to decide will i start my plants todaj on 12/12 or tomorov thaj are in darknes from yesterday 14h tnx for the replay my second foto period grow till now

Cannabis only needs 12 hours of darkness to build up enough levels of it's flowering hormones.

Any longer is just saving electricity

haha why are people teling me to put them on a 36 dark period that tey start to flower faster? isnt that true ?

Anything beyond 12 hours only saves electricity, and does not build up more hormones.
