Deformed Plant

I saw this plant that was a few weeks old... the first set of pointy leaves are fine, but the second set one leaf never grew and the leaf that did turned on it's side. New growth is growing crooked too. Plant is healthy (as far as I can tell). Has anyone encountered this before, if so what should be done. Thank you.

I've seen a few new seedlings do strange things,
they either grow out of it or die.

Same soil as the others? Could be ph.

Let it be and see what happens.

all i can say is, let it do its thingy, maybe it will grow out of it, but i would lower down those CFL's a little more, and keep the HPS right where it is.

The deformed plants new growth is growing vertical instead of horizontal now and is healthy (for now).
