I had the same thing happen to me. Don't think its a deficiencie, its genetic. The strain i've been growing randomly does this and in the end it does not seem to affect it. Here's some pics:

Hey I notice it has purple stems and main stalk is that genetics?
This plant has some recessive gene, lots of interesting traits. Can't wait till it flower more discovery awaits.

Looks to me that she may be a he in the preflower stage...

It happens, what can ya do. Thanks for the concern. Just time to get another going (back to the drawing board) and hope for the best.
You can keep that male and create your own strain...

I believe your original problem was over watering. Better to let her dry out a little bit and let roots expand. I like to put hydroton on top of soil as well. Will keep your top layer moist and undisturbed when you water so roots have even more space.
