Almost everyone arrested for pot, someone dropped a dime on them.I guarantee you, And this goes for all crimes.... Cops are not that smart, in fact i would guess they have an IQ of about 88. Marginal... Not like on tv where they're all like Sherlock Holmes. No, they sit at a desk and wait for somebody to drop the dime. Then they become Sherlock H. Bingo...
