7. Scope of Act.

Sec. 7. (a) The medical use of marihuana is allowed under state law to the extent that it is carried out in accordance with the provisions of this act.

(b) This act shall not permit any person to do any of the following:

(4) Operate, navigate, or be in actual physical control of any motor vehicle, aircraft, or motorboat while under the influence of marihuana.

Does this mean that if I am a daily MMJ user, exercising my rights under this law, I forfeit my right to drive?

according to arizona law you are "under the influence" of THC even if the metabolites in your body are completely inactive... not sure about michigan law though

Driving is not a right. Driving is a privilege granted conditionally.

yes but you cant have that any THC in your system while driving. but you can have a blood alcohol level of .08. so dont smoke & drive. but fell free to have a beer.
