Too much water...
Can I take my blindfold off now? I called that one by feeling of pics on the screen
You can’t water every day or every other day or every 2 days. Let the soil dry out for 3 days minimum maybe even 4 days and she should be standing up right. Roots can’t breathe or grow in wet soil. When it’s totally dry she sends out tiny roots hairs to find water.

If its in coco it looks starved , if soil yes too wet for too long
