Drug Test: I have my med card

I just did a saliva drug test for employment. Nowhere did it ask about current scripts, so i opted not to disclose marijuana. I took a detox preventitivly, but in the event it failed, should i take a 2nd test (which is allowed). Or then tell them im a med card holder?

I have had pre-employment drug screens. I have been called and asked if I had a prescription by the main testing facility when I showed positive. Be prepared when that happens. In my case having a prescription is all that I needed to get employment and that was working in states that do not have a MMJ program. I mean I live in a state with a MMJ program, but was seeking work in states that didn't. The testing facility is responsible for certifying that you are compliance with law and not abusing drugs.

Thank you for that, very helpful...I am still waiting for the results, but at least now i know not to argue if its positive. I will let u know the results..

You just need to get a job where they require you test positive like here at 420
