Hello everyone, this is my first time growing and just slowly making my way into the setup. I was wondering what everyones thoughts were on the dual arc bulbs throughout the entire grow process in both veg and flowering stage. My grow room size is 4'.5 x 5', the actual room is 4x7, but I figured I would use the two extra feet to work and move around, thoughts? For this size of a room I was thinking to use a 1000watt ballast, but I was wondering if I should use a 600hps/400mh dual arc bulb to get both light spectrums in both stages? I've read alot about how these lights put off alot of heat, but I have a great intake and exhaust system setup to cool the room and hood properly. Or should I go with a two way ballast so I can go m/h in the veg and hps in the flowering? I've read so much on these forums, but so many different inputs and was just looking for a fresh post.

I use T-5's for veg and several different bulbs for flower including Hortilux Daylight bulbs, so a balanced spectrum for flowering is the most important.
