Panama City -- Holmes County deputies made an easy bust, when an accused drug dealer attempted to hide a bag of marijuana by holding it out the passenger window of the car he was riding in.
The bust started with a traffic stop on Saturday night, near the Alabama state line in Holmes County. Two deputies participated in the stop, and while one deputy questioned the driver, a passenger attempted to hide a bag of marijuana by holding it outside the passenger-side window. That's where it was when the second deputy grabbed it.
Inside the bag were several smaller bags of marijuana. Searching the vehicle, the deputies found several more bags of marijuana inside.
The driver and two passengers, including 39-year-old Richard Williams, Jr., 32-year-old Marcus Edward Williams, and 39-year-old Floran Octavious Brooks were all arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
All three list home addresses in Harford, Alabama, but are temporary residents of the Holmes County Jail.
