This might just be me but I don't see medical marijuana in bud form being covered ever for the majority of people. Way to many factors that you can not guarantee the bud will be the same from grow to grow let alone between clones in the same grow. Simple things like aging bulbs, minor differences in nutes, boosters, environment changes or the grower goes on vacation and a slacker takes over (lol) etc.

I could see individual cannabinoids in their pure form maybe being covered one day.
