I see what you are talking about now. There is a couple of things we need to know about that outlet box. You will have to look at the wire running from the outlets to the panel and see what size wire it is. Could be 12/2 or even 14/2. Also, we need to know what size breaker that outlet box is connected to. These two items will determine the amount of power that you can safely use from the outlet box. One other thing would be a list of all of the equipment you plan on using for your grow.

what type of photo would you like of the wires? how do i tell the size...? should i cut into the dry wall to see this?
Don't really need a pic...just look at the white jacketing of your wire coming out of the outlet box and you should see some printing on it. Will need to know which breaker its tied into, so you may have to take the outer cover off of the panel. It may just lift up on a hinge or may have a few screws holding it on.

Or plug something into it, and flip them till it goes off.
