Far red and auto flower

Hey all. Is there any advantage disadvantage of using far red with autos. I don’t seem to see much about it.

In flower sure, veg not so much

I’m just seeing hairs so would it be morning and night 10 min or so each or so many hours per day. Thanks.

Oh no clue on how it's used as a light bulb

But they are adding it to white led bds now

Auto once it starts flower would be treated same as photo in flower

So I'd run the red the same

What I understand is you run those reds during flower. Once your flowers are mostly developed and filled out, they aren’t as important.
But I don’t anything to prove it.
You want zero light at night.

So basicly this is trial and error at this point. This is my first grow indoor and don’t want to fry them since ther doing well. So I’ll do some more research and if it comes down to it I’ll take one for the team and see how it goes. I’ve seen we’re people are using them to initiate flowering and have seen were they leave them on for a while. Was just looking for facts. Will be nice to know tho. Apreaceate the help.
