Feeding in solo cup

How often do u feed and wben do you start in solo cups?

I'm using soil, it has some nutrients, but not a lot, its garden soil, worked pretty good last grow...

Are they seedlings?
Is it Miracle Grow?

If they're seedlings, all I do is water for the first 2 weeks with a spray bottle, but I put them into a seedling starter mix as some strains don't like nutes from the get go.
If it's MG, it has nutes in it and you don't need to feed for at least a month.

No its just standard soil for vegetables.

How much do you water with the spray bottle?

Also whats the recommended amount of perlite? Rn im using 40% can i go even higher in solo cups?

About two or three times a day, keep the top of the soil moist.
Unless you want to go hempy (all perlite), I'd stay at 40%...the more perlite you add, the more often you'll have to water
