Yeah was going to say it's definitely male from the first set of pics. The second confirmed it. Anytime and I mean anytime the flower is on a stalk it's male. Never mind the shape ( although in your case the crab claw in the first set was a give away) it's all about the stalk.

Negative . Clones are copies of parent plant. It will be thea same .
