Purchased some white widow seeds, 300w led light and bits and pieces online, will see how we go. Starting with a 24/0 light schedule. Currently in coco coir, water only ph 6.5. Small cupboard lined with reflective material, 2 120mm pc case fans on plants, more powerful 120mm fan exhausting air out top, air holes in bottom, Carbon dioxide hooked up from ethanol brew kit. Temperatures around 32 degrees celsius.

June 7; 5 days since seeds popped through soil and light was turned on.

A couple pics in natural light. Both plants are white widow feminized seeds, why does one plant look completely different? I am guessing they are not getting enough oxygen to their roots judging by the dark edges. the yellowing burnt leaf tips was from nutrient burn, tried giving a dose of 1/4 strength dutchfest hydro grow nutrients. Still a bit unsure how much nutrient to mix as the directions recommend 20ml per 5 litres of water which seems a bit much.

Started full strength nutrient mix + voodoo juice root booster + silica gold, around 1050ppm ph:5.7. 300w led light is at 70% about 6 inches from plants power still 24/0 schedule at this time.

Plants are getting rootbound, time to repot. Changing location moving to a DWC setup. Using 14cm net pots filled with hydroton put the coco root mass straight in there. Pots are sitting in the lid of an 80 litre container, 2 air stones, 800L/h pump.

So my tap water is crap around 450-550 ppm TDS :(. Using random boxes of spring water I got about 40 litres of water in the tank sitting at about 314 ppm ph 5.9. I figure because of the starting tds I will mix up nutes at 3/4 strength and go from there. I add 120ml Duthfest hydrogrow A and 120ml Dutchfest hydrogrow B, 15ml Dutch Masters Silica, 60ml Voodoo rootbooster and 80ml of Dutch Masters add .27 grow. TDS is a bit higher than i would like so add more water to a final ppm of around 1100 (still a bit high) and adjust ph to 5.7, lets see how it goes.

Up until this photo I have been using a dimmable 3w x96 300w 9 bands led. However for better coverage in the up coming photos I have switched to a Mars Hydro 300w 3w led.

Hey and welcome to 420:welcome:

They look a bit stunted.. I think you should transplant a lot sooner and prick some holes in the bottom of those plastic cups - if you didn't already, your mediem might be too tightly packed or too much light penetrate through or the PH is off, whatever it is something is hurting your babies.
Also constantly having 32 degrees C is a bit too much - the recommended maximum for indoor growing is 28 if I remember correctly.
Looks a lot better after the transplant and hopefully they'll give you some nice buds in the end.

1st nutrient change. I have installed a reverse osmosis system so now have water with around 10ppm TDS. Starting with a 3/4 strength mix and adding the other 1/4 to a seperate container for topping up to reach desired strength. I have ordered 4L of calmag to add to my water but don't have it as yet so I am using different nutrients with calcium and magnesium already added. Due to the high cost of Voodoo rootbooster I have swapped it for Dutch Masters Zone. I mix 105ml Dutch Masters Grow nutrient A, 105ml Dutch Masters Grow nutrient B, 15ml DM Silica, 7.5ml DM Zone, 80ml DM add .27 in a 40 litre mix. I end up adding most of the other 1/4 nutrients and water up to around 45 litres at around 1000ppm ph of 5.7.

I also have 4 baby Bubblicious seedlings that are 12 days from seed

They were only 32 degrees first couple days, I had no extractor fan and it was unusually hot. Now they are around 19.5 degrees celcius despite it being between -2 and 11 degrees outside. I did have nutrient burn at first also high ph from my tap water. Seems a lot better now with RO water and roots are well into the tank after just one week of being transplanted.
