First outdoor grow - First outdoor grow problems

Hey all! Does anyone know what's going on with this girl? Just found these spots this morning when outside checking the girls.

The 'spots' are not holes or mold..they are 100% transparent! No rips, tears, no critters flying/crawling. I have searched literature (Jorge Cervantes) and still am coming up empty handed....

All ideas are welcome! Do not want this to spread or worsen...trying to lock it down asap but need a bit of info as to what's going on! Thanks everyone!!!

Neem oil introduced by spray once you planted her outside would have prevented this caterpillar attack, consider spraying 2-3 times per week at each water and or feed, also clear the trash around the plant to offer her a safe zone
