coco a.. 34ml
coco b.. 34ml
rhizo.. 5ml
cannazym.. 25ml
pk13/14.. 15ml
cannaboost.. 30ml

all mixed with 10 litre water

The leaf damage in your photographs appears to be from nutrient burn. You should remove the dead and very yellow leaves from the plant. Yellow leaves can attract insects and mould. You want pH 5.8 for hydroponics and soiless (peat moss and coco coir) and pH 6.5 for soil.
