8 weeks old, or 8 weeks in flower? Makes a difference. Just looking at the pics, you’ve got several weeks to go. There’s way too many variables to give you anything but a swag on time till harvest. Genetics, growing conditions, etc.

8-12 weeks from when it went into flower.
Based on the information you gave me I would estimate they have three weeks to go. Just look at your Tricom man and they don’t look like black glass anymore and they look like little white pillows. Cloudy.
Also, it looks like to me, you have some serious deficiencies of nutrients going on, unless that was purposely planned…
I’d buy some Epson salts and start watering them, Along with bat guano, & Black Strap Molasses…(not sure what you’ve been using, but I think I’d also hit them with some nitrogen right away like a 3-1-2 etc !!!, you still have three weeks till harvest so a little nitrogen won’t bother them.
