Germination

I have my seeds in some paper towel on a plate in my propagation tray and humidity dome. i also have one seed in a jiffy peat puck inside the dome what is an ideal temperature and humidity level for the seeds to germinate and how wet should i keep the jiffy puck and paper towel??

Keep both moist but not sopping--you want air to be able to get to the seed.
Room temp--about 70-75 F is good for germination.
Keeping the seed in the dark is the usual advice--probably because roots don't like light?

Thank you I'm going to put 4 of my seeds in rock wool but one is already sprouting in the jiffy puck. Would it be possible to transplant the jiffy puck into rock wool, if so how would i go about dong that?

At this point it would probably be best just to leave well enough alone. "Keep it simple" and all that.
