Going with RO, Tell Me About Cal/Mag

RO system on order. I know I am supposed to add Cal/Mag and from what I've read it should be chelated (whatever that means).

Can anyone suggest a brand they've used successfully please? And how to use it?

I've tried to find such information here but, but man, this forum is HUGE!
