I'm getting a green slimy moss (I guess) Using General HydroFarms & general hydro flora series food. Neon T5 lights. 3 ml H2O2 & 2 ml of Hydroguard (Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens ) per gallon of water/nutrients. Any suggestions? There has to be something I can add to kill this. Thanks in Advance

Algae! It grows when light and nutrients are available. Take out the affected expanded clay pellets as it should be just the top layer. Replace them with fresh. Cover the container to keep the light out, and you should be good to go.

You can salvage the pellets by boiling them for 10 minutes and then giving them a sand bath to get rid of the dead algae.
