Grow Attempt Number Two! Feminized Seeds This Time

Was planning on getting a new setup, but baby was born, and finances wouldnt allow. So same setup!
2-40watt (2700 lumen each) starting in small cups.
I am doing one plant at a time so i can pay more attention and keep up with what im doing.
Small homemade grow tent.
74 degrees F
65% humidity
Same soil (will find contents and post back soon)
Germing seeds in paper towel now!
