Growing with organics feeding schedule

I am using General Organics nutrients for my white widow plant...now I know if chemical nutrients they suggest a watering schedule of Nutes water water nutes water water etc.. if you are organically growing is it ok to water with nutes every watering or should I stick to plain water every 2 waterings after giving nutrients.

Organic or not i would feed just 3/4 times a week end of the week a good flush from the bottom not from above .

Less is better in some cases .
