This is my first journal, and my second hydro grow. I made the pot's myself trying to keeps costs low. I have an air pump on each pot. I also use fountain pumps that pump water to young plants.
The pots I originally build for use with scrog. 4 plants per pot. This grow is for what will be my 2 mother plants for my 4x4 tent sea of green grows. " in the hopefully near future".
I sprouted seeds in soil, then put in clay pellets. I've ran into problems. The leaves started to yellow? Not sure if lights were too close? Or heat? My PPM and PH were fine. This is going into end of week 1. Hopefully time will tell?
I have approximately a 2.5 ft W x 5 ft L.
2 / 1100 watt LED'S, clay pellets as medium.
I'm using basic A & B nutes. PPM is 425 with a 177 base line reading.
I'm also using Terpinator, h2o2, an algae control chem. As well in my mix.
PH is 5.8, temp 76 F, humidity 42%. I hope they pull through. More later...

H202 is not a good every day thing to use
It can kill to much stuffs

Hydroguard and z7 are fantastic for enzyme or goopie reduction
Z9 if yer in kanuckistan

Also at that age just use 1/4 strength nutes... And watch for pH fluctuations

Yes since the yellowing I've been some what nervous to say the least. I basically use h2o2 in first tank, I've read it helps young plant's up take nutes better. I've read literature that say's it's bad. It's personal choice at this point. But I will definately look into chems you suggested. Thank you. I was going to wait on this journal, but figured I could get real input from the killer growers here at 420. Thanks again so much.

I started with some problems. I believe I'm on track now. Wk4
Ph is 5.8
Ppm is 820
Temp is 75.2 F
EC is 1640

I've added terpinator: def guard: cali pro veg A and B: and Emerald goddess: if anyone has input I'm open.

I made a mistake with my initial post. That was week #2. This is week #4 for my purple punch, and White widow.

PH- 5.7
PPM- 820 WITH A 177 BASELINE READING.
TEMP- 75.2
EC- 1640

I was off to a rocky start. I believe my tanks are good now. These two plants will be mother plants. I will use some clones from them for an outside grow this spring. I'm excited. More to follow my 420 family...

The ladies where off to a rocky start, but they are thriving now. I think they may be off in size because they where stressed a bit early on.
This is week #5.
I checked my tanks water and it is as follows:

Temp: 77f
PH: 5.7
PPM: 645

Everything is good, I plan to check my water readings regularly and see how they do.
