Help? Hempy bucket droopy seedling

hempy bucket 1 gallon 100% per light regular flower pot.this is my little day 18 white widow auto flower sprouted in rock wool cube ph 5.2-5.8 sometimes it goes to 7.0 i have it in a tray where the water goes i do top water i just dont know under water or overwater? i have a black cover that goes over the tray and per light and seedling only thing poping out

It doesn't look that bad, it might be over watered a little..... I would try to keep the perlite away from the leaves & stem and let them breathe. Also, try to keep a constant 5.7 -5.8pH through the whole growth/flower cycle.

I agree with BuddroGreen . Over watered looks like . But still looks ok it’ll pull through .
