Help identifying my problem?

Hey guys!

Got some plants in a 2x4 tent, under a 200w LED from TopLED that might be experiencing some problems.
I just began feeding with Ionic GROW solution at their recommended strength ( these leaf spots were there before)

So, any ideas?

( Sorry for quality, phone camera )
the first is some twisting. Abundance of nutes maybe?

Any ideas guys? these are starting to appear on my best plants. I have some pk boost if thats the issue. Did I feed with nutes too early? ( less than a mo old in soil)

not suppose to have to feed till about the 5th node
also
do you spray your plants? foliar feed with nutes?
or maybe when you watered with nutes the water got on the leaf?

Looks to me that nutes hit the leaf and burned it.

These spots had appeared before I had purchased the nutes. Although you're both correct, the water did spill on the leaves slighty when I began to use them.

I have not sprayed the leaves, just watered as normal.
So, I'm going to get back to regular water, trim up the spotty leaves, and see if new appear.
if they do, will a very light PK and water solution possibly fix it up?

I would not use nutrients on your plant until it is 4-5 inches tall with 5 nodes of growth.
