Help light cycle question

hey i got a question bout my lil plant

i accidently let if get 22 hours of sunlight when i meant to give it 18 hours sunlight and 6 hours of dark and would it hurt the plant alot to switch to the 18/6?

No, it will not hurt it to switch it back to 18/6. Some people have started seeds using 12/12 all the way through the grow. Your baby will be fine.
