Help! Lol

Hello All,
I am a old school smoker, (38 Years) and have just started my first ever grow. I am using hydroponics with cfl lights. My growth is amazing but I am into my 4th week of flowering cycle (12/12 lights and flower nutes), but I am not really getting any buds. My plants are now 4' tall and (w/o the resevoir height) and I am running out of ceiling room. Any Ideas?

Thanks for the reply,
I am using 2 dual spectrum, Sunlite 85 watt cfls'.
The strain I am not sure of they are from a mystery bag. I have some Wonder Women plants that are allmost ready to go into flowering stage. So I am starting to stress a little.

High Guido, welcome to the forums. You might want to try the search function in the grow room. There is sooo much information and I'm sure you can find an answer there. We have some exceptionally talented grow support members who I'm sure would be happy to help you get squared away.
