i got a couple of those too... i think its characteristic of being dropped in a 'hot-pot'... n them catchin' a case of nute burn... which n turn gets flushed to the nth degree-- & now its stunted w/NO nutes in the pot anymore...
once the burning stopped, i started back w/ a light nutrient mix-- they seem to b greening out a bit more n seem to b pushing thru the issue... when i transplant i'll bury the stem a lil deeper-- i have no idea f it will effect end product tho... plus its me 1st grow--

earthgrow potting soil suggest you use something a little more specific for seedlings... says it right on the bag? man i did that shit w/ both FF & RO soils-- even cutting it to only 20% in my mix, i still got nuked... so ya LivenBurn friend... live n learn.
