help please! i overwatered

Yesterday morning I gave these guys a good amount of water, actually beat to much water and the leaves are drooping, so I haven't watered them since and the soil is pretty dry (I used the knuckle trick to check) and they are still drooping so I just wanted to know if I should water them slightly or let them dry out a little more? I'm using general hydroponics grow nutrients and started them off at 1/4 strength. I have four 23w 5000k cool white cfls running 18/6 hr cycle and a fan running 24/7 to circulate air. Any tips would be much helpful

My only call on this would be is if you can pick up plant and feel weight. That is one of the best ways for me if I am not sure or I slide plant over to feel weight. I wish you the best.
