If anyone could give me advice my plant have been if for nearly 4 weeks can I get any more height and branches out of them .... I'm growing strawberry amnesia and critical kush... And do they look ok please help my first grow I dunno how post photos so got link for a video please

They will stretch more once you start flowering them. Generally they will at least double in height during flower. If you are looking to keep them bushy I would look into topping or femming them. If you haven't started giving them nutes yet then do that and the side branches should really pop out in a day or two
