Hi all Help please.. got this far and I don’t know what’s happened to my northern lights auto… it was doing fine although the weather in Norfolk uk has been dire all rain no sun through the whole of summer .. is it saveable

I hope that I am wrong but it looks like bud rot to me. I haven’t grown outside for years but I am fairly certain that is what is happening there.
