Help to get right dosage for foliar feeding

Hello, I have some calcium deficiency ( I guess ) ( picture will show u ) and want do some Foliar calcium feed .
I have calcisan -
I dont know what dosage should i use for foiar feeding

soil : 35 % clay soil 35 % white peat moss 20 % coco peat and 10 % perlite ( mixed by myself)

1 ) I want know how many tea spoons should i use for 1.5 bottle water for this

2 ) does nitrogen toxicity cause calcium deficiency ? because i have nitrogen toxicity because of using npk

I'm guessing it's in Italian? For tomato (pomodoro) foliar application (applicazioni fogliari) At least 3-4 applications starting from the setting of the first stage every 10-12 days (Almeno 3-4 interventi a partire dall'allegagione del primo palco ogni 10-12 giorni)

Basically it's telling you to use 3ml/liter at the 300 g/hl application, 4ml/liter at the 400 g/hl application.
