Help with LED setup?

Diodes have arrived only few days ago, my friend will make panel soon.

I couldn't get some diodes, so last setup:
730 nm - 3 (1W)
660 nm - 20 (3W powered as 1W)
625 nm - 10 (3W powered as 1W)
warm white(2700 K) - 4 (3W powered as 1W)
cold white(6500 K) - 4 (3W powered as 1W)
440-450 nm - 6 (3W powered as 1W)
410-420 nm - 3 (1W)

* 3W diodes have single chip

50W per sq. foot

I'm measuring with DHT-22, sticked to heatsink with a piece of duct tape, and it shows 35 C (outside of box is 23).
Looks like it's a problem with share.pho.to image hosting, so:

Can you clarify for me what nm diode range you are referring to when you write red:blue - 30:12? I thought the red range was the 660, 640.

Last setup, Hosebomber reply please:

740 nm - 4
660 nm - 20
640 nm - 10
warm white(2700 K) - 4
470 nm - 4
450 nm - 4
430 nm - 4

Hydro LED Light | Lush Lighting | 888-960-4LED is the only place to go for an all stage LED great for all stages even though we do make vegetative specific LEDs we would normally just suggest our Dominator at 435 watts is equivalent to if not better then any 1000watt HPS/MH only drawing 3.6 amps compared to the 10 AMPS of a traditional HID unit also out Dominator unit only produced 306BTUs of heat compared to the 3,200BTUs of a traditional 1000watt HID I will place links to all my products and all the data for each product and to a photo gallery of rooms that only use Lush Led Lighting!!!!! Thank you for your time!!!!
