Help!

As I was moving my plants into my larger grow tent the other day I was adjusting the height of my light and let it fall and it crunched one of my WW girls pretty badly. As of right now (2 days later) she's still alive as far as I can tell. Is there anything nutrients or supplements wise that I could give her to try and help? I ended up taking the broken off portion and dipping it in rooting gel and hoping it ends up living also. This was a 5 week old plant that was about 8" high in a soil less pot.

Nah she will be fine. Most breaks can be splinted and will heal, unless it's broken clean off, obviously.
Just leave her. She will be fine.

It broke clean off unfortunately, the one in the back is the wounded one

Yeah just leave it. Be careful not to water until the soil is dry, and then not too much. Smaller plant uses less water. It will grow back fine, just bushier. But soaking it down right now could kill it.
What is the "lift the pot" method?

Yeah I always wait until they droop just a hair to water them. Soilless mix of perlite, vermiculite and peat moss with guano and worm castings, adjusted with lime to 6.4PH
