Help!

This is what pretty much everone assumes is powdery mildew yet some how it doesn't seem to be powdery mildew doesn't react to milk or baking soda what's wrong with her she is white widow this might just be how she is it can't be anything bad with the seed farm cause it comes from crop king and I trust crop king a lot so what??????

I really don't know it is possible though that it's powdery mildew

you really need to give us natural light pictures of the full plants the worst leaves etc also give us a break down on your set up
your feeding , your ph , your humidity, soil and so on

also check under the leaves for bugs as it looks like spider mite damage in parts
