Not sure if it's powdery mildew or thrips. It's only on one of my plants. Even if it can't be smart I need to figure out how to save this for oil or edibles? Thanks

Spider mites
Looks like definite mite damage.Now that you know mites are around i would wash your plants with hand pressure sprayer to keep them at low numbers.

Looks like thrips, use Safers Soap or Green Cleaner.
You can ask the question over again, but all we are trying to do is give you the right answer.

If you need to buy something we have a site sponsor that has options as well they are Sierra Natural Science and they say these 3 products would work for thrips
