I've got this hermy - It's my first flowering plant and suddenly a few male flowers appeared. It's being finished outside, away from all my others. So far I've been able to keep picking off the male pre flowers (about 30 in 5 days) No pollen yet....Has anybody ever pulled this off? I'm retired and have time to inspect it well and pick em off. I eat the little bastards! Cant pollinate from my stomach

I pick off male flowers if the plant has female flowers showing and is small enough ... as big as your plant is it would be a pain in the ass and tough to be sure you got them all ... it's a daily task that you have to be careful with ...

Yea its what you do when you get a hermie unless you want 100% female seeds so its all on you

i'm im the process of battling a hermy too... for the first 2 weeks it was 1 or 2 male flowers a day now at 4 weeks they have slowed to 1 or 2 a week.

So far so good......no males have had a chance to create pollin flower, and your right, they are appearing less often

thought about taking some cuttings from the female parts and cloning? would be nice to have a few females growing roots in a confined space should you lose the battle
