hi everybody!

I'm Doobienewbie. I want to start growing indoors to cover my personal stash. Hell, maybe a little more...... Thinking a 5'x2'x2' grow box that I can tuck away safely in a walk in closet. Never grew anything indoors before and not really sure what works for cooling, lighting, ventilation and I'm thinking hydro system but not really sure if that's the way to go. Been smoking for 40 years though so I'm an inspired old guy I guess. If anyone can give me some direction it would be awesome!

other than that, post some questions in the FAQ, and im sure you'll get dozens of responces (this part of the forum isnt the best to ask in)

Welcome Doobie. I have just completed my second grow indoors. I don't know much about hydro growing. I use coco coir. But growing indoors has been pretty easy once you get your setup dialed in. Heat seems to be a major issue which people seem to use all types of things to keep it cool. I use a real big fan that can't even fit in the closet with the plants. I just leave the door open and sit the fan in front of the plants. But that's just me, I like to keep things simple.
