How do I stop plants from getting taller in veg?

Training way to early but that's just msge may seem too early but she's actually already around 50 days or so I kept her under t5 in Solo cups too long first time mistakes I guess had a bunch if wring starting out probably but I think she's trying to get right now

Gotta keep humidity up to 50 to 60 if possible. All I get is maybe 40% and I’m using one of those misters with distilled water

Humidity at 40% should not be a problem at all, just watch you EC (PPM) in dryer conditions you should lower.

how much space do you have vertically, if i out my light to the top of the tent i only have 36” i believe of vertical height and i made it work.
do you have less than that?

oh yeah and my humidity was 20-30% during entire veg so dont worry too mich about it
