800 lumens from a CFl is only 13 or 15 watts (which replaces a 60 watt edison bulb for our eyes, but not plants)

Keep the bulbs about 2 inches or so away from her top, so that she does not stretch too much.

Sorry there 60w equivalent. I noticed I was a bit far from them. It's tricky there's so much contradictory info out there.

How many of those bulbs you recommend for a flowering plant?

I recommend bigger bulbs, 23 real watts or more in cfl and then at least 4 of them per plant. What you have is fine for now, but add more as she grows. There are also household replacement LEDs from osram. They have a great spectrum for plants and only use 10 watts or so.
