How long do I flush, pre-harvest?

So I have two, 24" plants in a 4 gallon res and they are ready! I've heard to flush with no-nute H2O anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, what gives? The water is ok, roots are good, buds are fantastic....just don't know how long to flush. What do y'all think?

Depends who you ask. I'm with JJ on the 7-10 days. Some people will tell you its not even needed.
