How long to veg outside

I was wanting to know how long do you flower outside before you can flip the plant but I'm not talking about putting a plastic bag on it does any body have a time table I've been vegging for 54 days but have aplant that has shown it's sex and I was wondering because I'm in San Diego the sun is up from 5:45- 8:30 pm.What should I do keep feeding it 24-18-16 and change it to the open sesame but because it's showing it's sex should I change up or wait until the other 2 shows there sex or treat it as if is beginning to flower just don't want to turn it to a hemie.all info would be appreciate it.this forum has always came thur.Please guys and gals for all your help.

I would assume some plants timing may be different with them still getting almost 15 hours of daylight it may take a bit till it comes closer to 12/12. as for the nutrients maybe start with a diluted bloom fertilizer on them . no pro by any means , but I know the time is getting closer every day .
